Oh, that's awesome...

I actually received an arena seating layout map once in Powerpoint, and when I asked for another version, they told me it was all they had, and that I had to "make due". This was for a major state-run university. Grrrr.... This was for a document that was being printed over a couple hundred thousand times (phone book entertainment guide). I ended up opening it on a PC, printing it out, scanning it back in, and then tracing it with Illustrator. On the bright side, they ended up with a new usable vector copy, and on the bright side for me, I was being paid hourly. Hehehe...
