We are looking for a new logo for the Washington State Dermatology Association, to be used on our website redesign and letterhead. The text should be the primary element, though a small logo to the left-hand side would be nice. The word "Dermatology" should also be very prominent. The logo should also be done in a narrow range of colors, with low saturation. Nothing outrageously flashy.

working on a couple of ideas. But wanted to ask if you'd like a WA theam meaning "the Evergreen state" or more medical staying close to your linked images.. Thanks

We're thinking more medical themed, as we'd like the logo more "professional" than one with Mt. Rainier or some trees.

Sorry, not really what we are looking for. It's trying to be a bit too scientific, with the gradients and interesting typeface. We'd love to see another design though!

I like it, and the face idea. Maybe bring down the face to be more in line with the text? We will be putting this on letterhead and need it not to take up too much space. The leading between Washington State and Dermatology Association can be reduced a bit, but I like the direction you've taken.

Another idea, possibly making Washington State and Dermatology Association subtly distinct (color, bold???).

Robert,

I like this design better than the second, especially the prominent "Dermatology" and the fact that it is not symmetrical. My only concern is that the non-text portion of the logo may be a bit too large, especially if we will be using the logo on letterhead. Another revision on this one would be great! Thanks!

I like this design, though "Washington" is spelled wrong. Also, it seems that the spacing above and below "Dermatology" is not consistent? Maybe that's just me. I like the layout though.
