Need a little help!!

I have been trying to work on a logo for a new position that is opening up in my church...and for some reason I am having designers block!! LOL

Let me describe the position...it will describe small groups of the church, where the larger congregations will meet in small groups in homes on a regualr basis aside from the Sunday church service. The position of the Coordinator will be to introduce new members to small groups, get them involved, and ultimately branch off to a small group leader. Now the "slogan" for this is "Connect, Celebrate, Contribute"

I need some help and ideas...and if you can come up with one better than what I am getting, heck, we'll use yours!!!
Don't go crazy, I just need some brainstorming ideas...I am drawing a blank!!!

Hello NewmanNut12, I will start brainstorming and hopefully come up with a few ideas as to the logo. However, I am curious as to what the prize is!! I am sure a little insentive will help things get rolling, take care,

well, it is for a church, and I am not looking to pick a winning logo, just some ideas to work with....I will post a few things that I have come up with so far...I am just drawing a blank with the second word 'celebrate', to fit in with the 'connect' and 'contribute'.

I do just have to say one thing...I know designing takes ALOT of work and time...but I know that, personally, I just plain love to do it, and would design anything, anytime without thinking of money, just because I love to design. I do ALL of my design work for church, for nothing, just because that is what I love to do. Give me something to create, and I'm on it...simply cause that is what I live for.
Sorry, but that is how I feel.

why not have the stair effect with opacity layers overlapping

Connect
Celibrate
Contribute

each word would have its own word overlapped (about 5x the size) and the opacity dropped to about 20...

if you'd like me to draw out what i mean i'd be more than glad to.

I would love to help you with your logo design ~ logo design is not my forte, but if the client's service(s) is not too abstract, I can usually do fairly well. And I make it a personal point of pride to do as much pro bono work as my schedule can allow. Christian groups (I'm a Christian owned and operated business) and any group that benfits children and/or animals are always on my hot list!!

Only problem, I have no earthly idea how to post an attempt . . .
