FreeStuff Site needed/Design

I'm making a freestuffsite, I code PHP so I can do everything else, I need the design though, I want something simple like http://www.thefreesite.com/.
I want a Home Page template and a Content Page template.

In exchange... I will code something for you or... give you http://www.puretutorials.com. If you take puretutorials you will get both versions.
