Animation

I know this is really cheesy, was one of the first projects I ever worked on in Flash. It's a screensaver for a grocery chain to put on their "Application" computers in the lobby. I need to open it up and speed it up, but thought I'd share. I'll get some better stuff for ya'll to see soon!

It actually looked like a fun concept with the cart and the logo coming in together

I think you're focusing too much on the cart. Give the cart a little more character, whether it be just making it a medium-dark grey color (thicker lines). Have the cart animation run faster (i.e. take out a frame or two before the first group of lines leave and another few before the second group of lines leave.

The last transition is really nice by the way.

I think its quite cheesy. However I think you need to make the lines thicker on the cart. And try to clean up the shape tween with refference points.

If this is one of your first projects in Flash it is not bad.

I think you can really make it better if you work some more on the details.
For example, I would suggest that you give more "life" to the bouncing wheel (the one that comes off the cart) - make it alter its shape while it is bouncing (squashing it when it hits the ground and a bit stretching it when it jumps up again).

In my honest opinion, you are not using 24fps. This one seems like 12 fps. However, I like it, just think you should boost it to 24fps and if you still want it to be slow, just make the motion twins longer by increasing the frame gaps.

As for now, it's very cool and innovating, the only problem is this slightly dime stopping coming from the low fps. If the fps is 24 already, which I doubt, I don't know why the animation is not completely smooth.

My two cents.

I really like the end where the cart turns green and becomes the P. This looks good for your first time in Flash!
