homepage design for t-shirt company feedback please!
Hello everyone, this is a homepage design mockup i'm doing for tommies, a t-shirt company. They wanted the style of a very modern hollister, a&e, banana republic. I'd like to know what you all think about the interface/design, let me know what you think should be added and or taken away, color scheme and all.
Thank you! Stephen James |

i think it looks good but i dont think you need to change the fonts for the titles of the areas like mens womens and kids..i dont like giddyup font.. maybe thats why. oh well other than that it looks nice and navigation is easy to see. i would maybe make where it says "welcome", a different color that white so its not mistaken as a link.

I agree, i'm actually not a big fan of that font either. also changing the color on the welcome could be helpful. good feedback. |

The typeface seem to be out of shape. They look stretched and you have too much different fonts which make everything not fit together. Also top you need to align it so to top and not have that of opening. The background picture should be edited better so it blend in to the white without seeing the hard edges. And you have a very odd small white line on the leftside of the image which should be removed. And you have a weird opening on the right of the menu.

i like the simplicity of the design. i like the fact that you knocked back the image on the left. the welcome stands out more and doesnt look like a button. nice there. i the main area pops more with that red in the back. are these the colors of the company? have you tried some blues and grays together? maybe even blue and orange with some grays? idk. but other wise the fonts dont look as distorted as they did before. looks better.

actually did you try finding an image of a whole body shot of maybe a guy and a girl to promote the idea that this is not just a guys clothing store. sorry just thought of that after looking at it again. and then it wouldnt feel so heavy on the left with the guys face.
