It looks very solid, i like the orange to yellow background, it makes me think it is a digital graphic company.
You could try to add some volume, shading and lighting, just for trying.

I havent yet detailed the logo coz it will depend on the site design i prepare.

Like i may use different versions....blacknwhite/white/colored/3d/favicons....etc

So still waiting for the design to be ready(orange theme)

I agree the concept is there. I would possibly:

1) Make the "S" and "G" overlapping and intertwined

2) Highlight the triangle created by the negative space with a different color.

thanks for the review....i was also thinking about making something out of the triangle made in the overlapping region..maybe the triangle could be made metallic/shiny

though i do not like twining things coz then it looks like thin sheet of paper to me ....lol....dunno if you think the same....i like depth so i don't inter-twine things much
